Directions for use
- Hold the bottle upright and remove the cap.
- Tilt your head slightly backward.
- Gently apply 8–10 drops into each nostril, or squeeze the bottle firmly once per nostril.
- Keep your head tilted back for a few seconds to allow the drops to spread evenly.
- Can be used daily, for example in the morning and evening.
Usage Tips
- Always use clean, dry hands when opening and applying.
- Avoid direct contact of the dropper with the nose to prevent contamination of the bottle.
- Close the bottle tightly after use.
