How do you use the Oravall® Fresh Breath Kit?

Use the three products as part of your daily oral care routine for long-lasting fresh breath and a hydrated mouth. The routine consists of three simple steps:

Step 1: Rinse with Oravall® Mouthwash

• Use 10–15 ml of mouthwash once or twice a day, preferably after brushing your teeth and cleaning your tongue.
• Rinse for 30 seconds to 1 minute so that the mouthwash reaches all parts of your mouth.
• Do not rinse with water. Spit out the mouthwash, but do not rinse. This helps maintain the oxygen-activated effect longer.
• Daily use: thanks to its mild, alcohol-free formula, it is suitable for daily use.

Step 2: Refresh with Oravall® Fresh Breath Mouth Spray

• Shake briefly before use so that the ingredients are well mixed.
• Aim the nozzle into your mouth and spray 2–3 times toward the inside of your cheeks or the back of your mouth.
• Swish for 5–10 seconds to ensure even distribution of the freshness.
• Swallow or spit out. Both options are safe—choose whichever you prefer.
• When to use: 2–4 times a day, for example after eating, after brushing, or on the go for instant freshness.

Care: Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue after use or rinse briefly with lukewarm water. Close tightly to prevent drying out.

Step 3: Hydrate with Oravall® Xylitol Gum

Chew 1 piece of gum after a meal, after brushing, or whenever you need extra freshness.

Chew for 10–20 minutes to stimulate saliva flow and hydrate the mouth.

Spit out after use. Do not swallow.

Use as needed: for example, 3–5 times a day.

When to use:

• In the morning or between appointments for instant freshness.
• After coffee, dairy, or a heavy meal to neutralize aftertaste.
• For a dry mouth to stimulate saliva production and provide comfort.

• Store in a cool, dry place and keep tightly closed.
• Keep out of direct sunlight and out of reach of young children.

3. Keep your mouth hydrated throughout the day with Moist-R® Dry Mouth Spray.
4. Chew or suck on saliva-stimulating tablets such as these from OraMarie® or Moist-R®.
5. Tape your mouth shut while sleeping to prevent it from drying out with Nitezipp® mouth tape.
